PREACHING MINISTER
Dear Reader,
As the Preaching Minister for this family of Christians, my primary concern is to express the hope of personal salvation through Jesus Christ, the successful recovery of your life from hell, eternally and daily.
My conviction is that the Bible alone is sufficient to convey that hope. While you are likely familiar with words like “God,” “church,” and “faith,” and probably recognize names like “Jesus,” “Paul,” and “Jerusalem,” salvation in Christ involves a flourishing of your interior life, where these words become rich with meaning. The Spirit of Christ is available to you and will suffuse even the mundane aspects of life with divine light. As the forces of darkness oppose your advancement, my role in this journey is to serve you by affirming the unmovable truths of Scripture—God matters, the Church of Christ matters, and your life and how you choose to live matters—mindfully guiding the intellect to wrestle with and overcome this world by faith.
